Headquartered in London, Zero Procure’s co-founders are experienced industry stalwart John Stevenson and luxury hospitality purchasing and procurement specialist Clive Sheppard. With over 25 years of industry experience, John is the visionary behind Zero Procure. Following his successful career across different industry sectors, John brings his wealth of knowledge, experience and industry connections to Zero Procure. John has an innate passion for the hospitality industry and made his first foray into entrepreneurship in creating ACT Clean, which quickly became the market leading supplier of cleaning and support services to the hospitality industry, working with luxury hotels, world class restaurants and members’ clubs across London, with clients including The Ritz, The Savoy, Zuma, Soho House Group, Claridge’s and The Connaught.

Clive Sheppard has extensive purchasing and procurement experience within the luxury hospitality sector with brands including The Savoy, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and The Dorchester Collection. Clive brings his expertise in hotel and restaurant openings, developing and implementing new systems and his exceptional negotiation skills to Zero Procure. With over 20 years of operational knowledge and expertise in procurement, he has a passion for excellence and leads by example in delivering results for Zero Procure’s operators and suppliers.

Lucy is a strategic and operational leader with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, corporate environments and through running her own business. With fourteen years collectively with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Great Hotels of The World, Waldorf Hotel and Grosvenor House in London and most recently as Founder and Business Growth Consultant of The Spare Pear collective, Lucy has wide-ranging experience with a great passion for people, customer experience and service delivery.
